lateral raises out to the side with thumbs pointing down. then front lateral raises no higher than shoulder with rotating thumbs out!

i have been doing something new that has really helped me put up more weight. grab the barbell put a lil more than you normally shoulder press.
get in the frontsquat position-with the bar resting on your chest. go down into a full front squat-and once you reach the top-do a standing shoulder press. it hits the legs a lil-but also helps with that momentum on the added weight.

But at my age and being screwed together with Titanium screws and other people parts...( I m down with O.P.P !) you ll understand, THAT movement makes me fkn cringe !
