I know, I know, I have been posting like crazy. I apologize! However, I got my cycle in check, now to make sure I get the most out of it, I wanna make sure I have a good routine!
I thought of either a 3x fullbody, or 3x a week split.
Currently do:
Monday=chest and bis
Bench 3x5
Incline 3x10
Flies 3x12
BB curls 4x5
Hammers 3x10
Preachers 3x10
Wednesday=legs and shoulders
Squat 3x5
Lunges 2x15
Calve raises 3x10
Military press 4x8
Uprights 3x10
DB raises 2xfail
Friday=Back and Tris
Deads 3x3
BB bent rows 3x8
Pulldowns 3x10
Pullups 1x fail
Dips
Reverse grip tri pulldows 3x10
Cable pulldowns 2x15
