3rd week of low carb diet. Losing OK (2 lbs a week so far). Added CLA and was thinking of adding r-ALA. Need advice. Already use ECA and ordering clen to alternat with it.
What else is good to use. I think 2 lbs while trying to maintain mass is a reasonable goal (I won't use T3 or DNP) what else would you guys add sup or otherwise.
