Best time of day for T3/Clen?????

Ok so im training muay thai most days during the day and was wondering whether its best to take it in the mornings, before training, after training, or before bed?
I took my 1st dose last night and definitely felt the effect of the clen....felt slightly shaky but it wasnt uncomfortable...thing is that i thin k it kept me up and made me feel wired so i couldnt sleep till much later.
I have also heard not to take it before training...not really sure what is best here.....what do u think????

Hey man, in your last thread I didn't know you were training for mauy thai. Clen and T3 will really hurt your cardio. Also, while on clen, I usually have to take some kind of sleeping aid to help me sleep. Two benedryl before bed both help keep the beta 2 receptors fresh, and also can help you fall asleep. That's how I do it.
 
Having some bjj and some muay thai myself, and also clen at separate times, I couldn't possibly recommend you be on it while training. Try Eca instead

Ya I am in thailand right now, so i'm not sure if they stock benedryl in stores here but i will check tonight. What is in the benedryl that makes it work, how does it work, and how much/often do i take it?

Well right now i'm still a beginner so i'm just doing padwork, bagwork, cardio.
I will be adding weights to the routine in a few days. I did feel a bit dizzy on the clen/t3 yesterday while in the ring. I just stopped for a bit and breathed till it went away. Should i stop the clen/t3 altogether?
I really want to shed some fat for when my wife comes to visit!!! I'm thinking i will just do my best and put up with the clen/t3 for 2 weeks then stop.
I am not training for a fight or anything...just learning muay thai as i get fit and healthy again.
