Best way to stack these!!??

Going to be cutting in a few weeks. Sitting at 200 around 10-11 bf percent. Trying to get to 185-180 ish. Of course diet will be clean as possible. Wanna get down for a photo shoot in August so plenty of time.
I have:
Burn 24
*************** S-4 2 bottles
2 bottle of Purity Solutions Clen.
Also have ANS Methyl Drive with 1,3.

Any tips on how to best introduce Clen and S4? Thought about waiting til the last few weeks for the Clen.

Age? Elaborate on the diet. This goal is totally and easily achievable without the aid of Clen or S4. Not to criticize your goal but... If you're 200 lbs and 10% bf why would you want to drop 20 lbs? Photo shoot or not I'd focus more on dropping 2% bf and maintaining size, to drop 20 lbs with that low of a bf you will loose muscle too. 8% bf is more than acceptable fir a photo shoot. Look at it realistically, you wanna loose 20 lbs, you're 200 lbs, that's 10% of your body weight, you cannot get your body to 0% bf and if you could it would be extremely unhealthy. So just being logical here looking at it you will loose muscle.
 
Yea, numbers dont add up bro... Who told you you were at 10-11%?? Most of the time people think they re at 11 but in reality are more like 18%..then this would make sense. 10% fat on a 200 pounds body = 180 lbs of lean body mass. Guys go down to 4% for BB competition day, meaning about 188 pounds (using your numbers) You can't go down to 0% bf, it is impossible unless you re dead and dissected from your fat :p
 
Post a pic, we can evaluate where your bodyfat levels are pretty easily based on a torso shot.

Stacking clen and S4 is easy. 2 weeks on clen, 2 weeks off, 2 weeks on clen, 2 weeks off. Run the S4 for the whole 8 weeks. Aim for 1.5-2 lbs of fatloss per week, you'll hit your target in those 8 weeks.

Just gotta make sure diet and training are in check and you're good to go my man.
 
I'm 22. My guess on bf was based on me being around 6 and shredded at 170 last year at the Arnold.(for boxing.though)
I've since done a Epi/MSten cycle and Msten only cycle. Put on a lot of muscle the last year or so. I'm pretty happy with the gains and still have my six pack but obliques pretty much gone once I eat in the morning. Time to get cut up with the new size, so honestly the scale doesn't matter that was just an estimate. If I'm low bf and still 190 or more that's fine.

Like bbg said, can we get a torso shot? If you've got a six pack as you sit I would focus more on leaning out at current weight personally. With proper diet and cardio you can gain a couple lbs of muscle and loose a couple lbs of fat pretty easy. I obviously don't know what type of shoot this is so I'm assuming similar to physique/swim suit type figure. Really no need to get down to BB competition ready status IMO. The scale is gonna matter in some manner pending how serious you are, to track progress I would know exact starting weight and bf% along with taping arms-chest-waist-thighs-mid section-shoulders-calves, doing this all day 1 and say every 14-21 days thereafter will really help you keep a good log on what's going on and how you're responding so if it's not going well you can tweak diet, cardio, etc... I just think you'll have better luck reaching goals if you know where you're starting, the mirror can deceive you if you're already as lean as you describe..... My $.02 good luck
 
Alright I was just basing it on the thought that you couldn't see your abs until around 12 percent but that could be a myth
