No, 500mg of test is what I do when I'm on, its all I've ever done. Actually I did one cycle at 750mg, but thats the highest I've ever gone. I've never done any other anabolics besides testosterone cyp...

btw, the pic is about 2 months off. At 6 months-a year off I definitely go up in fat % and lose muscle...

Never do flat anymore unless im recording trying to show off my strength. I burn the shit out my chest mostly incline work dumbell, smith machine, hammer incline machine,seated press machine finish with cable flies. I really dont count sets i stop once i cant take the burn anymore to failure then move to the next exercise. My chest is very thick but still havent shed the fat by the nipples

Yeah I've never done dumbell incline, or dumbell shoulder press cuz it scares me. Something about tossing the bells from my knees to my chest/shoulders I can't do. It just seems like i can injure myself easily in that position

that and most gyms don't have heavy enough DBs for strong lifters...

I used to do DB presss as my second exercise and then found I could knock out 4x10 at 50kgs each hand and that was as far as I could go....now I just have to do DB flys as my DB work..

the greater range of motion, squeezing pecs together like your trying to bust an egg between them at the top, then controlling the weight all the way down till you get a good stretch at the bottom.. ill use dumbbells every second/ third chest day the easier they go up at first -the harder you squeeze at the top - you do that and you'll be on fire by the tenth rep, failing at 12 even with "light" weight.. i like the stretch i get, the soreness from pressing 75's dumbells in each hand is worse thn doing inclines with 230 for the same reps.. just my experience, do whatever the fuck works for you...

ifbb physique competitor that trains me ( a female ) showed me this exercise..

was a real ego buster when she made me grab 50's to teach me form.. like hell no!!!

but yea , and for sure!!!

drop the bells loowwww and spread a little bit wide at the bottom, let the weight pull your pecs apart into a real deep stretch - like just not quite a pec fly at the bottom

then squeeze the weight up with your pecs,

instead of "pushing" use that mind muscle connection - just contract the fuck out of your pecs

at the top, bring the bells together and squeeze your pecs contracting as hard as you can, like abs at the top of a crunch

she said to imagine trying to bust an egg between your pecs..

then control the weight all the way back down slow..

the first 4-5 reps should feel too light man, but the 7- 8th it gets real , by the 10th your on fire

if you get more then 12, use more weight.. i fail at 11 - 10 after 5 sets

i did this consistently for 3 weeks, when i went back to flat bench and inclines - my strength had gone way up, my normal weight for reps felt way too fucking light - i had to put on more weight.. good shit, let me know how you ilk it bro.. bronson
