enough talk about traps, he wants boulder shoulders aswell.
now you listed front raises and laterals. all good for shaping but if your wanting size you need to do the exercises that let you move the most weight.
standing military press
dumbell press
machine press
upright row wide grip
that routine will give you boulder shoulders. leave out the isolation exercises to when you cut, stick to compound bro
I agree, he is doing shaping exercises when he needs to be doing mass exercises. I would do what Massive says, but instead of the dumbell presses I would do Arnold presses. It's one helluva workout and your body will respond. For traps, I used to hit dumbells from 75-100 lbs without a rest 10 reps each. I mean 75,80,85,90,95, and then 100's all in a row. This is a great way to shock the muscles and get some growth out of the. Of course heavy barbell shrugs and deadlifts are a must too.
