Im trying to stick to a cutting diet and want to take some suppliments that help block unwanted carb's and helps metabolism.
I currently take one multi-vitamin in morning.
2 Milk Thislte capsules a day
2 Teaspoons Flax oil
1 200mcg ALA
30g Amino powder on w/o days with Goat Whey Pro-Shake and Gatorade
And Im curious if this Biotin I picked up is worth it? Someone told me it is synergistic with the ALA? Thanx again
