That was the first split i did when i started training years ago. Legs and shoulders is brutal if you're killling it.

What made you switch to a new split? I almost felt like I didn't hit my shoulders enough but kind of feel it today. With legs I'm still getting use to the volume.
I always feel a little retarded doing front squats. Instead you should do some Smith Machine 1/4 squats. I hear those will blow up your quads!![]()
