Back in january of 2014 My BP was 113/58 and nowadays its 124/83. My BP was always low and now since TRT (not blaming TRT tho) and Blasts its higher. Is it time to cut sodium :bawling:

Blood pressure can raise drastically in a short period of time on cycle . I was going from normal ranges , to just about 180/90 i believe it was while cycling . This is cause of the estrogen control . Thats why its so important to keep estrogen in check no matter what . Alot of people seem to think u use should an IA only if sides appear of for gyno . NOT TRUE . Keep estrogen and sodium in check . Drink alot . And diet . However blood pressure will always variate slightly

Don't forget that blood pressure varies GREATLY depending on what's going on when you check it. I normally sit around 118/58 or so, but put me in a doctor's office, and it's 150/85. Heck, when I had my gallbladder taken out, my bp went from 117/59 to 245/124. The reasoning? Just from being in severe pain.

The warnings we get about high blood pressure are when it stays that high over time. Of course the hospital was more than happy to charge me for diuretics and morphine, which helped. The body is pretty resilient when we take care of it - I probably would have had more problems if I were out of shape/obese.

Never got my spongebath either. Closest I got was a hot nurse to blush as she barged in the bathroom while I was washing up in the sink. :(

nothing drive s my blood pressure like having a nurse take it; I do my own at home...relax..ur blood pressure s fine

Well I went to donate blood today and my BP was 123/63 ...... sweeeet! So I guess nothing to worry bout. My Hemoglobin was 18 tho, good thing I donated. Also today I had to read new material during the questionair. It was about people on TRT and that they shouldnt donate cause no one knows if it would have damaging effect to people getting the blood. They even exampled babies.

I'm betting that these guys are private? Because there are numerous studies out there showing how hormones don't last long when removed from the body and are in blood. I think I posted something about this awhile ago, but would have to dig through a bazillion threads. :p

Glad to hear that your bp was good. :)
