Guys,

How many of you have high blood presure issues when on cycle, and is there anything you to do to try and lower it or control it.

Im curretnly running test cyp, tren A, and mast an blood pressure was 154 / 80

A lot of people, even on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), get high blood pressure. Good job to monitor it. Mine went down with a clean diet, as well as taking these supps daily;

coq10 600mg
garlic 2500mg
b-12 2500mg sublingual
niacin 500mg
fish oil 6,000mg
red yeast rice 2400mg
calcium 2000mg
magnesium 800mg
multi

I'm 4 weeks in on Sat and a few days ago my BP went sky high. Saw the doc couple days ago and he gave me Bystolic a beta blocker to bring it down. Its a touch lower but not enough. It can take a up to a week to work for some ppl so hopefully it comes down soon.

Edit to add-
You take all those sups daily for the pressure? I'm gona have to pick some of that stuff up.

I am running the same gear, I think the tren is the culprit, I take magnesium citrate. This seems to work for me. After you are done with the tren, give blood and you will feel way better.

N2guard is a good product for on cycle support. For blood pressure too if you want to buy seperate try coq10 2-400mg, red yeast rice 1200mg, hawthore berry 2100mg, and cal/pot/mag combo for short term to bring it down.

I have about 7 weeks left on cycle so do you think if it stays this high through out the rest of the cycle it will be ok. Also thanks for the feed back Im going to try and start adding in some of these supps.

when i was on sustanon 250 on my last cycle my bp was sky high 160/82, but my diet was crap and was drinking on the cycle bro
was pinning 500mg a week
i am currently on my second week of test c ( pinning 400mg a week) and my bp is 125/75, i am keeping a very clean diet watching my sodium intake, " Watch your sodium intake as well bro" and def no alcohol this time around :)
Felt like i couldnt sit still when my bp was up like that also to note my resting heart rate was up in the 100's as well with the high bp and it's now sitting at 75 bpm this time around :)

and also what is your resting heart rate at?
u getting ancy right now with the high bp, i know i did thats forsure!
think u should drop the tren?
how many cycle's prior, or this your first time around?

This is my first run of tren. Im running test cyp 750, Tren 400, Mast 500. Im going to drop it down to cyp 600, tren 250, and leave the mast at 500. I was running the tren at 300 and I felt like I was doing fine so I bumped it up but I do believe the tren is probably causing the most issues. Im going to try it at 250 before I completley drop it all together.

Plus the fact u stated u have done Test before and your bp was fine so most likely it's the tren causing the high blood pressure

I know the typical answer id take this and take that and Im sure many work but if your workin all your other muscles you should work the one that keeps you alive,,,cardio cardio!!! Start at what u can handle and build and add just like you would with strength, heres the deal,,,what controls ur bp,,,well ur cardiovascular system, plain and simple,,,work it,,strengthen it,,,,so before of after ur workout? Thats up to you,,,some, like me like it before,,,Im pumped and ready to go,,some like it after,,want the burst on the strength,,,try both and withing a few weeks you will see a diff. Also,,,take care of your body,,,eat right,,keep away from salt and bad fats,,,dont forget,,your heart keeps you alive,,it should be part of your workout and it will most def help your strength training too,,,much faster recovery between sets

Keep an eye on the BP, The bottom number isn't too bad. Does it go down if you take some aspirin?

Tren always makes my BP sky rocket... I make sure I eat low fat/sodium while on tren. I also take aspirin to thin the blood out

Thanks for all the feed back guys. So I ran my BP this morning and it said I was 134/104 and I didnt feel that was right so I went to a CVS and ran y BP at one of the machines that you sit down in at the pharmacy. It came out 128/77 with the heart rate at 71. So I felt better about that, the machine thats giving the high readings is one of the cheap arm ones that you buy ay the store. Im just going to periodically stop by CVS and check it out. I'm still going to scale back on the Tren and Test dosing and I should get my N2guard in the next couple of days so hopefully that will help get my BP back in the normal range. Once again thanks for all the feed back guys, I will keep posting as I check my BP.

Niacin is amazing if you have High Blood Pressure, just make sure you get Niacin and NOT Niacimade (aka non-flush niacin) as it does not work at well. Also, make sure you start with a low dose, ie 50mg.
i am currently taking 1500mg per day.

Fish Oil is good too and my favorite has to be Cayenne Pepper you can buy pills online or at most health food stores.

Good luck

tren drove my bp through the roof. not to mention my temper was probably not helping the cause. really had to keep myself in check while running that. works wonders if you can stand the sides, which I won't be again, unless I want a divorce....lol
come to think of it, I do want that new GSXR she's fighting me on.....pass me that fcking bottle of tren....
