Blood Results - High glucose?

Yea I'll be fine. Used to walk around at 170, just let it get away from me. On my way back now though cuz this place sucks.

Wolf I agree with these guys. The diet needs a lot of work. There are some very real deficiencies in what you are doing and what you proposed as a revised program.

Might consider getting some help with this if your goals are to get back down to the 170 mark and bring the body fat down to 10% or less. 20% body fat is totally unacceptable.

I agree it's unacceptable, no excuses here. What is glaring to you about the diet?

I take a greens supp daily to make up for any vegetable deficiencies I may have that day and take fish oil daily as well. Multi vitamin, the basics, etc.

I'd like to know what real deficiencies cashout sees in the diet so I can adjust accordingly, so if you're reading this cashout !!

dont get bent out of shape man.. they are correct your diet needs an overhaul..

your not eating correctly

now im guessing you have been on this diet for a bit.. your body is more then likely in starvation mode..

your gonna need a metabolic "reset"..

could you suggest timing and %'s of macros?

I'm doing 5x5 3 times a week and 15-20 min of HIIT as many times as I can. 4-6 times a week. I just started this actually so I haven't gotten accustomed to anything yet I don't think.

I'll be 24 in a week.

On my last bloodwork, my glucose was 100 (65-99). I was wondering if anyone knew what this meant? Am I insulin resistant? I seem to carry a lot of belly fat, so I'm starting to think I have a problem with insulin.

Should I try a lower carb diet?

Heres the diet I was going to do. Let me know if it's ok. My goal is fat loss and I'm 5'10" about 210 lbs. I do a 5x5 workout Mon, Wed, Fri, and do HIIT about 4-5 times a week for 15 minutes.

So I calculated what you sent me. Comes to roughly 2053 calories with this breakdown:

203P, 140C, 100F

I need about 350 more calories. Should they come from protein? Should I just eat a little more chicken?
