Blood squited out of my leg

Okay this isn't my first rodeo but I tried to pin left leg outter quad, hit a nerve. Tried other leg hit a nerve. Tried again and got it in, aspirated fine, no blood, then when I pulled it out it squirted blood. Did I nick a vein on my way out? Should I have switched needle tips, it's all my blood anyway right? Now I have a small lump, is it a blood clot or is it normal soreness? I'm sure I'll live just curious.

Good old squirting, happens to a lot of people. I can advise to make more research about self injecting . you can learn better techniques

Its not a big deal bro, I used to only pin quads. When you pin in the same spot over and over you start to build up scar tissue, when you run through this scar tissue on the way out is where the blood comes from. My sister who is an R.N. told me this after it happened to me and I was freaking out. Dont let it worry you, I am guilty of only pinning really close to the exact same spot everytime just because I have never had an issue, when when I was going 100mg of prop ED I started having this problem due to the daily injections.

I quit aspirating years ago and if I hit a nerve I just pull back a little shoot.

At worse you lost some mgs but DO NOT "repin". You'll do this periodically.

I always wrap the alcohol pad around the needle as I pull out and apply pressure for a minute......problem solved everytime.

You'd need a several inch long needle to the the sciatic nerve if injecting the glutes. the biggest problem people have with glute injections is having enough flexibility to adequately reach it without your arm shaking and breaking the needle off in your ass.

Yeah ive never injected into my own ass, only a meat injection to others... Lol.

But that's why I change it everytime.
1st left shoulder
2nd right shoulder
3rd left leg
4th right leg

Then back to start, I pin 3 times a week prop, but it's usually more then a week before I hit the same area with a pin. I know some guys that do same spot most pins without problems. But better to be safe then sorry.

It just means you hit a blood vessel, no big deal. It happens.
