Blood Work Result: Post Cycle, Pre PCT

I received results from my privatemdlabs hormone panel today. These bloods are from 10 days after my last pin of test e. My cycle was 500mg/week, 10 weeks. I'll be starting RUI nolva & clomid in a few days when I believe all the test e is out of my system. I've heard 2 weeks after the last pin is sufficient for long esters, but it seems my T is still on the high end of the spectrum. Will four more days be sufficient?

Testosterone, Serum: 1068 ng/DL Range: 348-1197
Luteinizing Hormone: 0.1 mIU/ml Range: 1.7-8.6
FSH, Serum: 0.3 mIU/ml Range: 1.5-12.4
Estradiol: 51.2 pg/ml Range: 7.6-42.6

Alkaline Phosphatase: 151 IU/L Range: 25-150
Monocytes: 14% Range: 4-13%
Eos: 10% Range: 0-7%

My concern are the bottom three values. Why are my white blood cell counts high? It seems like AP is also very high as well. Am I not taking the proper steps to protect my liver?

Big thanks to everyone who helps a brother out

Your estrogen is a bit high. Why did you take blood work 10 days after the last pin? It takes 14 days for test to clear out. You need to do blood work during cycle and 3-5 weeks after pct.

Yeah dexter, I regret not doing my bloods during cycle. Sadly I was limited by fiscal factors. I figured I would check my levels before drinking a bunch of clomid & nolva just incase my gear wasn't as legit as I thought. Is there anything I can do about my estro at this point? Still have some adex left over

ya brother, i mean nice to see but its pretty useless for you..i got labs done at week 14 on test only and then 5 weeks after pct finished..

If you got few days before pct , you can run adex at a really small dose like 0.125.mg, then on the 1st day of pct stop using it. Get your blood work 3-5 weeks after pct to see if you recovered. Make sure to fast for 12 hours and get it done early in the morning at 8-9 a.m..

Honestly your E2 isn't THAT high and will likely normalize out during your post cycle therapy (pct). Do yourself a favor though and don't forget that nolvadex - you don't want rebound to happen (it usually does with adex) and have it give you a small pair of B-cups. I'll leave out the part that your blood test was too soon as you can see you are still shut down (LH/FSH are near 0) and your test levels are still on the higher end of normal, which means you are coming down from the exogenous test, but haven't started making your own yet. This is normal and a good example of WHY folks need to wait the two-three weeks before going ahead with PCT.

The three bottom values can mean a TON of different things and I get those flagged as high all the time...because I have seasonal allergies. ;) EOS/WBC just means your body is fighting *something* which means you could have a cold, allergies, or a bonafide infection of sorts. Unless you feel ill, I wouldn't worry about the EOS. (Keep in mind you won't feel TIP TOP for the next few weeks due to PCT, so take that into consideration.)

My .02c :)
