Bloods just in, Need help...

What's up guys.
Just got bloods back. Please help.
Talking to IMT as we speak just waiting for a recommendation.
In the mean time it would be awesome to get your guys take on my situation & thoughts about TRT
Here's some info

In 2012 I received a corneal transplant & was then prescribed Prednisolone acetate 1% EOD. Since then I have experienced Gyno symptoms and all the issues that go with Low T. Never had issues before.

Without seeing the reference ranges and assuming they're measured the same as what I've seen, PRL is elevated (in range, but on the high end), E2 is low, total testosterone is either OOR low or close to it, and LH is on the lower end of normal.

Definitely talk to a doc, but I would think (not recommending this, mind you, just speculating) low dosed clomid would elevate things as desired. Cabergoline at a very low dose to lower the PRL would likely improve the symptoms, too.

yea i would try to avoid trt at your age.. 35mg clomid 3 times a week might fix your issue

Total T. 348-1197 ng/dl
LH. 1.7-8.6 MIU/ML
FSH. 1.5-12.4 MIU/ML
Estradiol. 7.6-42.6 PG/ML
Prolactin. 4.0-15.2 G/ML
What's the reason for the low Estro? I Figured my estrogen or prolactin would be high due to the gyno issues

When your body has low T the first thing it does is cut E2 production, since T is the raw material for E. It also exacerbates the issue too because it has many of the same symptoms as having low T.

Ok understandable.
What would be the reasoning behind waiting for TRT. I have 2 sons so the fertility would not be a game changer for me. Also I would indeed bank my sperm just in case.
