Body Repair - Please help

Hi guys, I need some help and please believe me, this forum is one of the last one on my list.

I have recently turned 31 and my body is not working as used to. I know it is pretty obvious - I am getting older ;-)
But it is not that. I had many health problems when I was young with growing bones and joints. I also had some immunity problems till about 3 years back. I always had sinuses, colds, flu's (9 times a year) , basically my immune system wasn't working a I caught every disease walking on the streets ;-)

I have changed my diet about 3 years back to macrobiotics, eliminating all diary (except fish and seafood), sugar, white flour, bread, yeast, salt etc. And all my health issues are gone. I haven't been sick since than. It all looks pretty good except my joints, bones and ligaments.

I have done many sports, extreme sports and exercises in my life and have broken many bones as well as ligament tears, sprained discs, knee surgeries etc. I feel that my joints, especially knees, ankles and hips are hurting on daily basis. I can't run anymore, but doing lot of other exercises such as HIIT training, cycling and swimming and walking. I would say it is about 4 - 6 hours of exercise a day, with one half day off and one full day off. I have tried resting etc. but it is not helping and it actually hurts more. I need to move to keep my core strong to hold my back with 2 sprained discs.

I also had all my blood works done and all is perfect shape so I am not low on anything.

So my question is. Is there anything what could improve my regeneration (healing). I have big 10 days stage race coming in october so I need to be able to train pain free. I don't wan't to gain any unnecessary weight. I am currently 178cm tall and 72kg with 9% body fat, but at my peak form I am around 67kg and 4%.

What exactly are your current issues? Look into TB500, it may wotk wonders for you depending on what the damage is.

I had lateral and medial meniscus surgery on both knees 8 months ago and my knees and they hurt really badly with any exercise. I also have ankles pain and hip joint paint, but it is not too radiant. I need to start proper training, but pain is too bad.

Yes, it may well help you greatly then. You can get it from Rui (their banner is the lion at the top of the page.) It's kinda expensive though.. But definetely worth the money if your in pain. There are a few log threads on here you should read about others experiences with TB500. I have no personal experience but it seems pretty impressive.
 
SO your diet is the problem. You need the meat egg , cream and fat from animal foods. Switch to a Weston price diet and you will be as healthy as you can be.
 
Something like Nandrolone Phenyl Propionate could help with joints and collagen synthesis and due to its fast acting ability it's less water retention. Problem is I'd never advise it without a test base so might simply be too much weight for you. Maybe try a very low dose npp test prop and oxandrolone. TB 500 is worth looking into. I've used it at its lowest dosage and feel it helped. I can only imagine with a 6mg over week dosage! Best of luck

no reason to used npp instead of deca for something like this... esters do matter more then just being esters... i wish people would start learning this..

the longer ester will help the build up of water to help lubricate and produce synovial fluid
 
Lol Chicago your posts are always rude for no reason. I'm another person just trying to help. It's best you just shut ur mouth if you can't be respectful like most others. Also npp is great at lubricating joints as well less water retention was suggested as slejoz wants to cycle, wa

also pinning eod for someone who i believe doesn't have tons of experience with anabolics would be ideal

once again i don't see how i came off as rude, if i did, like i always say i apologize, i'm here to help all i can, and members who are active on this forum know that is what you get from me... i won't sugar coat shit, im going to tell you like it is, we are all grown men here (hopefully) noone needs to be spoon fed
 
Fair enough. Maybe In writing doesn't do justice for us all. My apologies as well. I see what your saying water retention wise. May be worth it still.

Not all diet ! However I do believe what Pirate says about the meat, egg, and so forth.

Not so cool with the pinning. But he can stop at anytime, more quickly. However I see no need to get off quickly

I agree with ALL of this ^^^^. Now the pinning EOD I would not recommend. Deaconate would do him some good if he wants to use anabolics. I have osteoarthritis, I am using prednisone, Ibuprofen and Deca and I tell you the combination helps tremendously . However I do realize that is a lot of shit to put in your system, and not ideal for one's heath at his age. Me at 62 can use it and not worry so much. It's not like I'm going to live another 35 years, but he might and then more !! :dunno: THis is what I do!

eat alot of goof fats, like olive oil.
I don't think you NEED the meats, but you do have to make up for some things you may be losing out on. vit b12, ect.
