thanks everyone, i'm going to eat heaps but keep it clean and i've decided to incorporate about a 3km jog most weekday mornings

anyone got any rough estimate as to what bf% i'd be

Your trainers appear to be pretty close with 16% area I'd say.
 
Definitely bulk!!! A goal would be to get to 220-230 bulking, then start your shredding to get to 200-210.
