Would i get pretty lean on bodyweight training/cardio...im on a test c/tren e cycle with winstroll pills im 175 an i think 25% bf does anyone have any tips?

as stated numerous times before.... diet diet diet. but yeah i would think you would get pretty lean, but you would have much better results lifting weights. different ways of going about it, lots of different programs out there. and as everyone knows muscle helps burn fat. try a 4 days split, chest day, back day, arms and shoulders and a leg day. go for moderate weight moderate sets, very minimal rest between sets and exercises to keep your heart rate up. cardio on those days at a different time, cardio on some off days but make sure you get plenty of res. hopefully someone else will chime in, i'm definetly not a personal trainer, but have been training for a while and know what works for me

body weight is fine just gotta keep a high rep of 50, pull ups works wonders for back biceps, push ups, dipps work well for tricep shoulders but you must keep a high rep of 50-60 per exercise, I knew alot of soldiers looking ripped and swolle,

btw keep your diet in check

I'm going to be blunt with you. At 175 and 25 percent BF you are nowhere near ready to be taking AAS...especially tren. My advice to you is stop now, run PCT and get your diet in check. That is what you should be worrying about right now above all else.

a lot of soldiers and Marines hit the gym and have their diet in check. i don't know how the army really works, but the Marine corps leaves it up to the small unit leaders to run pt. luckily for me my section leader likes going to the gym, no running with ammo cans and shit. :soap: sorry for going on a tangent, just didn't want anyone to think they were gonna look like arnold off bodyweight exercises because soldiers do.
