Young Champion
Alright I don't know if you guys have heard of him yet but I recently watched a video by a guy named Bostin Lloyd. He made an amazing 1 year transformation from an out of shape 20 year old to winning the NPC contra costa. In his video he comes out and tells the truth about top level bodybuilding. He talks about the heavy steroid usage in the sport and what he took pre contest. Alot of his drugs varied throughout his prep but he was stacks like
1500 mgs of test per week
800 mgs of deca
800 mgs of equipose

And a few other drugs I can't remember off hand. He was taking around 13 compounds in all including hgh igf1 and some other peptides. However, his most controversial topic was his synthol use.

Here's a link to his video
Untold truth epidose #3 - YouTube

Id really like to know what you guys think about
1. Taking that many compounds within your first year of using
2. The use of synthol in competitive bodybuilding
3. Taking that many compounds and staying in good health

Added even more at 8 weeks out and upped tren, primo, to 1g/wk too. no doubt its alot of gear. but hey he won. health wise was it the wisest? probably not. for his career? life changing.

1) that many compounds regardless of your first year of using or not is just asking for trouble. Even with frequent bloodwork, there's just too many things that can go wrong, no way to track sides to a specific compound to adjust dosing, no reason to take that many (the body can only grow so much even with AAS), and a huge strain on the body.

2) to be frank, most synthol users are a complete joke and I just get laughs from it. On a competitive stage I can see its potential since symmetry is an important aspect.

3) that many compounds AND good health is an oxymoron.

1. He knew what he had to do to win, given his age and physique when he started, and Id say he achieved his goal.

2. I personally think synthol is ridiculous IF YOUR NOT IN BODYBUILDING, that said I dont even like the fact that its in bodybuilding, but you have to accept it. Your extremely naive if you think your favorite IFBB bodybuilder isnt injecting bottles of site enhancement oils during prep.

3. The sport of professional bodybuilding is not a healthy one. Im sure he is aware of that.

I see a kid that had a professional trainer and has fucked up looking tris due to synthol crap. He probably could have had the same results on half that amount of gear. I'd like to know how a 20 year old could afford all that AAS/synthol/HGH/slin/peptides and still find time to go to the gym as much as would be required for the sport.

Truth my ass, just another braggart wanting his 15 minutes of fame. Glad to see idiots like this are still helping to keep AAS in a negative light.

I agree that he was taking a lot for his age and he did shed a negative light on steroids and bodybuilding but it was nice to see someone actually come out and say what it actually took to win a show like the contra costa.

Holy hell I can't imagine the pip you would get. Obviously he split his shots up but some of the shots had to be ridiculous amounts of juice.

I saw the video and really appreciate his honesty. It seems he is blowing up on the internet now because I have seen him mentioned on 2 different Youtube channels I subscribe to and now on this forum. It seems we have our next Zyzz this time he is American. I just hope things turn out better for this guy.

This, a lot.

Im really tired of muscle magazines that show people of that size with their "training program" (albiet they probably do the program itself but) and never seem to mention the AAS that they use.

Regular people deserve the right to know what should be acheivable and what should not be acheivable, IMO.

It wasnt the best start, but at least it started hehe.
