Not really posted on here too much, just tend to read and try to absorb info (plus can't really offer advice!)

Anyway, thought I'd post on here my workouts regime, what I'm lifting etc. Any opinions, advice would be appreciated.

Stats:

29yrs
95kgs
Leg Press: 280kg
Bench Press: 60kg (tore chest and brachialis in Jan, still recovering)


That's all I know off the top of my head but I'll keep a more definitive log as from today.
