Bridg cycles on down time

Hey so have a question, i just finished a 10 week cycle of test enanthate about a month ago im just finishing up my post cycle therapy (pct). i planned to do another cycle after 3 months, somebody told me i could bridge my cycles with anavar in between the 3 month period what your guys take on that any truth to it?

anavar will lower or shut down test production.. so no..

igf is a great bridge between cycles if you want to look into that

^^^^^^^^^ agreed. I also know guys that bridge with HGH and other peptide schemes. Running Var or low dose Dbol has been promoted as a bridge. Both will suppress and are not recommended for a bridge unless of course you do not want to recover
