Hi guys, i need your advise...on should i bridge between cycles..?
I did a 12 weeks cycle of 500Test-E + 400Tren-A + 100mg Proviron + 500iu Hcg. It was great, solid gains & massive strength.
And here is when everything wasn't that great... Day after i started my PCT ( 40mg Nolvadex + 25mg Aromasin )... this a--hole in a Porsche Cayenne hits me in the rear of my bike, totals my R1 while throwing me into car in front of me.
I injured my neck, and could not train properly for 3 weeks because of the pain, was doing really light weight lifting, did cardio most of the time with very little weight lifting combined.
I kept on with my PCT of course, now hitting my fourth week. But i lost a lot of my gains, i could not eat properly because i think painkillers i took killed my appetite, i ate very clean but just not enough.
It came out like i did a cutting phase/diet right after my cycle, thing that made me lose a lot of my gains...
So being frustrated by it, i was wondering about bridging between cycles. Should i do it at all..? What should i run..? or should i just stay away from juice till next cycle..?
