I wouldnt say not to do it at all but what I would say is that it really depends on how you view the term "bridge".
See, I dont believe that there is such a thing as a bridge that can allow you to recover but also keep your gains. For as much science and theory that I seen saying that it works, I have seen just as much that says it cant work.
For me, I look at the word "bridge" as meaning that you take something in between cycles to help keep all your gains so that your next cycle is not one where you are trying to recover your gains that you made and lost the last cycle, you are essentially giving your body a rest from harsh orals and hard shut down drugs like Tren, Deca, etc.... From talking to amatuers and a couple Pro's, the most common bridge in the way that I speak about it is Test. Most lower their Test/wk dosage down to about 1/3 of the amount that they usually use. They then use only this amount of Test for about 6-12 weeks, using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) all throughout (every 2 weeks) and then afterwards they jump back into their normal cycles. Mind you, this is from speaking with very advanced bodybuilders, not just your average juicer from the gym. I definitely dont advocate uisng this method unless you know the risks, get your blood work done regularly, are an advanced bodybuilder and either compete at a high level or are looking to compete at a high level in the near future.
Didnt mean to get off your question BigDawg, just wanted to throw in with SC.
