I was thinking I'd start training chest twice a week, one day being decline oriented, other day being incline oriented. Beside that idea, my chest days are pretty typical. I had been alternating between incline (upper) oriented, and decline (lower) oriented every week. Week A being upper, the next week being lower, then repeat. I was also thinking about implementing smith machine into my routines, because of the strict form. I'd love to get some input from ya'll about what worked for you. Chime in you vets!
