Hey whats up everyone! This is my first log, but not my first cycle. Been lifting hard for 4 years, and I've done a few previous cycles consisting of 8-10 weeks. I've been a guest to this site for quite sometime and finally decided to become a member and start off with this log! I'l try my best to get to the computer as much as I can with college, work, and the girl but here we go..

-Personal Stats:
180-183 lbs at 8-10% body fat
5'8
In my twenties

-Compounds:

**Began Oct. 23
1-5 = Anadrol first 3 weeks at 50mg, last 2 weeks at 100mg
**Beginning on October 31
1-10 = Deca at 600mg
1-10 = Tren E at 300mg
1-12 = Test Cyp at 750mg

Will be pinning Mon., Wed., and Fri.

-Ai= Arimidex

-PCT- Novla and clomid

-Now before some of you freak out about deca and Tren together, yea i know, and have done tons of research, but some have tried it and liked it so I've decided to try it also.

-My goals are simple, lean, mean, and to be a brick shit-house.

-Current lift stats for reps not max:

Squat: 405
Deadlift: 405 < my weakness
Bench: 315

-Training Regimen

Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Back, traps, calves
Wends.- Biceps, Triceps, Forearms
Thursday- Legs, calves, abbs
Friday- Shoulders, traps


Saturday and Sunday rest, depending on how i feel on wednesdays. might use a rest day there and push everything a day forward.

Inectables start October 31, but ive began running anadrol earlier this week Oct. 23 just to see how my body reacts. So far so good. Enjoy

You said those lifts are for reps - how many?

What's your diet?

I'm 24
I'l be eating every 2-3 hours, 6-7 meals a day with lots of snacks in between, high protien and high carb diet.

-squats 405x 8-10
-deadlift 405x 7-8
-bench 315x 4 or 5

- And I will have a before pic on here before I start injectables Monday!
 
Awesome man - I'm 24 too with similar stats, well kind of similar - I'm 5'10" and 190, 7% bf. You sound like a beast - those are very respectable numbers - can't wait to watch your progress. If you have the time man post up a detailed diet.

Brolic I wouldn't call 7-8 reps of 405 deadlifting a weakness. Nice work!

IMHO start your diet now. Get your stomach all stretched out and your metabolism going ahead of time... that way when the cycle kicks in you can concentrate on training and sleep.

thanks erectus! sorry guys I lost power due to that snow storm that smashed through the east coast so i couldnt get online..but anyways here we go.

monday:
injected 1cc of test cyp 300mg
1cc tren e
.5cc decca 300

wendesday:
1cc of test cyp 300
1cc decca 300

Im feeling great I increased my anadrol to 100mg because I felt that it was underdosed, since I did that I shot up 7 pounds and the strength is shooting up as well!

curling 60lb dumbells, t-bar rowing 5 plates for my last set, love it.

Last week, I started the anadrol to see how my body reacted, well I dont know if it was something i ate but dam i threw up the first night, weight dropped from 183 to 178...then my power goes out, cool, now I cant cook.

But today i hop on the scale, 185. so 7 pound increase since i threw up and was all messed up. Since then i've feel awesome and now that my power is back im gunna eat like a cow.

Only side effect so far is headaches from the abombs, but im cool with it.

diet:

PRE Breakfast before school (has to be quick):
oatmeal/ or whole grain cereal with whole milk, banana, protien shake with whole milk

2-3 hours later, Breakfast:
2 whole eggs, and 4-5 egg whites with no yolk, so pretty much a 6 egg omelette with ham and mozarella mixed in, 2 pieces of toast with jelly/ or butter, and fruit juice

lunch:
chicken or tuna, with pasta or potatoes,

between lunch and dinner:
850 calorie weight gainer with 10g creatine, with whole milk. comes out to 1200 calories, and peanuts

dinner:
chicken, fish, or beef with pasta or potatoes, and salad.

snack a few hours before bed:
pb&j, greek yogurt, and whatever else comes my way

before bed:
casien shake with whole milk

^this is just my guide i add a bunch of snacks in between meals.

Beginning of week 3 and everything seems to be going good.

Strength has shot up from the anadrol, only up about 8 pounds though...i figured that I would of gained a little bit more but I'm definitely noticing water retention. I havent been getting those crazy headaches though...just back pumps sometimes.

Tren must be kicking in also because I wake up in the middle of the night on fire, and sweaty. A little bit of insomnia last night, hopefully I sleep good tonight.
 
Alright guys i'm still alive, its week 12 now...1 more pin and its over. I had to give everyone and update with my crazy strength gains. I didn't gain as much weight that I thought I would have but who cares I'm pleased with everything.

This cycle was my best by far, I got my weight up to 195 and still kept my bodyfat around 8-10 %

my squats got all the way up to 550 for 3 reps
deadlifts- 500
bench- 380 for 2 reps

The only side effects I had was because of the tren, just gave me a hard time sleeping some nights but I stopped using tren and decca week 10. Other than that I felt awesome the whole time, for the last 2 weeks I increased my test from 750 to 900.
