brothers weight loss

my brother is wanting lose as much weight asap hes not to worried about muscle loss. he has taken about 3-4 years off the gym and has gained alot of extra weight. he is goin to be traing m-w-f and doin cardio 5 days a week. what would be the best way to achieve this goal without worrying about muscle?
 
1. Watch diet closely (obviously).
2. A.M. and P.M. cardio.
3. Lightweight circuit training not to failure (machines are even ok) before one of the cardio sessions.
4. Low dose DNP (200mg/day) taken until he reaches his goal.
5. ECA + Green tea, 3x/day.
 
Ill add a few goodies im currently hearing great stuff about. Check into sesamin and TTH (avant labs has something called sesthin). Look into a timed carb diet, or even a keto diet if your bro is truely dedicated. AM fasting cardio is a must.
 
the green tea pills? and i dont think he wants to mess with dnp but he is goin to get some clen what would the best way to take that 2on 2off with 3g taurine ed?
 
Man, I would insist anyone close to me to max out thier diet, training and cardio before diving into DNP or clen or otherwise. You can shed some silly bodyfat without any diet drugs. If he platues with the weight loss, and hes doing his diet correctly with refeeds and all that good stuff he might maybe want to try clen on for size. DNP will significantly burn fat, so its always there if he decides to get educated and use it correctly.

Ideally, yes this is the right approach. You made it sound like he needed to shed this weight asap so he could join the Marines or something. Good diet and cardio are obviously the best things to start with.
