They say to take it on an empty stomach right after working out. And once 6-8 hours before or after working out. I eat 5-6 meals a day and rarely have an empty stomach. My workout ends at 10:00 at night, so taking this 6-8 hours is also out of the question. Would this still work without having an empty stomach?
I plan to take it:
Once after lunch
Once after my workout followed by a Post Workout Protien shake after the glass is empty.
