Bulk then cut for fat strip?

In a word... Diet! She's lean and you achieve that mainly through diet. Unless you're a competitor getting on stage, exercise selection isn't that important. Just work on balance as everyones back (or any other body part) is unique and eat in the right manner for your goals.

Thanxs Frenchy, I think my back is my favorite part of my body. Like Detour said, it takes mostly diet to get lean wich is what really helps u get that defined look.

For my back I keep it pretty simple, I do lots & lots of pull-ups, ( love pull-ups, such a complete back excercise)
dumbell shrugs, dumbell military presses, rear delt raises, I don't do any cable and machine exercises, I do free-weight rowing movement.
I've been using the swiss ball lately too & I do lots of back toning excercises.
