Well here is a picture of me all bulked up. And before you assholes rip me apart too much, it was a themed party at my house, all the guys were wearing daisy dukes!

Weight is about 240+ here

Cut up:

Weight is about 215 here

Wish I could say it was him, but my Rottie is a female! The girls don't tend to get as large, mine is about 100lbs.

But I will tell you what when I take her out for walks or to the dog park, women always flock to her. She is a beautiful big dog in person. And if I was single I'd use her to lure in those poor girls!

Sust, a clean diet and a lot of cardio.

Thank you. I didn't follow all the way through with it because I realized I was not where I wanted to be with lean muscle mass. So time to start back over... gain a lot more weight and cut again next year
