Bulking diet help, please!

Ugh, second day and I am already soooo sick of food. :Pat:

Anyone have any good shake recipes they might like to share? I'm thinking drinking some of these calories might help!

ha bodybuilding is about force feeding every meal.

i love when jay cutler talks about how much he hates fish, but he eats 5lbs a day every day when prepping for a contest. then he wont eat it again till the next yr. eat for function, not satisfaction.
 
Sticking with it and sticking with real foods.

I have a question about fats though. I am trying to keep my fats low as 3J suggested, but am curious about things like avocados. There is a ton of fat in them and it really kills my ratios, but it is good fat so I was curious if I should not worry about it so much or not?

keeping ur fats low and having those fats be things like avocados is what ur aiming for.. avocados are my fav fat sources....
 
Still plugging away, and still stuffing my face.

I took your advice 3J and am concentrating on eating (rather than drinking) my calories. I'm sure it's water weight, but I'm up 10lbs so far!
 
Haha the best part about giving out diet advice is seeing results. Good stuff bro. Keep it up
