Bulking is friggin painful. Feel like utter SHIT!

I am banned!
I TAKE a day off my diet and live life like a normal person, just eating and snacking whatever and I feel awesome. Happy to be around, love going out, feel great in general. Then today I eat my first meal and start feeling shit. I don't know how much longer I can go on doing this. Im then not happy to be around, I cause arguments, become difficult and irritant and lerthagic and tired. Ive tried changing meals/foods around etc. Unless I just live life normally and not worry about eating etc life sucks.


im thinking im big enough as it is, 108kg is failry large. Im thinking of giving up, not sure how much longer I can do this.


Im not risking losing my GF over this. She already thinks shes not priority when ive told her she is. How much longer can I do this for im not sure!.



Don't wanna quit, ive got anywhere between 8-12 weeks left of cycle as im currently in week 4. Probably only run it 12 weeks so 8 weeks or so left Unless I decide to extend to 16 weeks due to the deca.

I DONT wana give up but its fucking painful, im one of the biggest dudes at my gym and I get stares a lot, im really wondering is it worth it anymore. I know in my head I don't wanna give up, but I feel so much better just living normally, getting up eating whatever, then snacking, going out. having lunch then dinner etc. Not worrying about getting 5k cals in and feeling like utter shit!.
 
How many calories are you taking in on average? oh holy shit. 5k? goddamn what are your stats? lmfao


It will end eventually, but goddamn man. 5k is up there! Make sure you really have to hit that number, there's only so much energy your body will partition into muscle. AAS, genetics and macro nutrient content of your diet will dictate how much.

wtf man just eat as you feel hungry, DO NOT overffed it'll only make you fat.

if you're not growing adequately and you can't eat anymore then just up the dose. Bulking should be fun not painful, I love bulking.

If you feel like shit with that much cals then you shouldn't be eating so much, simple as that. LIVE NORMALLY AND DON'T WORRY ABOUT EATING, tht's the whole point of hormones, THEY should do the growing job for you.

Or just eat less, feel better and you'll still make gains.

But I know what you mean, I just upped my calories 500 a day, and it feels like so much food!
Eating clean, so it's a lot of food, and I'm only at 3500 cal!
 
Dude... what are you bitching about 5000 calories isn't that difficult to eat. I eat 4400 regularly, all clean, everyday and I'm natural so my apetite isn't what yours is most likely. Man up and eat. 5k isn't anything to cry about. Impressive being as heavy as you are though. good luck!

Are you on post cycle therapy (pct) or on cycle..
 
Lol I only feel like shit when im bulking if I start eating to much sodium, smoking cigarettes and not drinking enough water. I recommend you stick to cleaner foods watch your sodium intake. Go get a blood test and make sure your estrogen is not to high. Also maybe you should drop creatine or any pre work out drink you are taking if you are feeling the way you are describing. Another helpful hint would be to focus on getting like at least 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound I honestly don't think you need two grams per pound. And I think you are over doing it on calories.

As you guys can tell im just spitting out random things as they come to mind. Honestly man just try to do what makes you feel comfortable and happy for a week or two. You are on bulking steroids I assume so loosing weight probably won't happen I think you will just loose water weight. But try just eating cleaner and less calories. Eat what you know you need as a minimum at least but don't gorge yourself. I find that as long as you are on gear and are eating quality meat products like chicken and steak and getting the minimum amounts of protein needed like 1 gram per pound of body weight. You will still grow. At least I do.
 
Also I find it is the quality of food not the quantity some times. Like why eat a big mac when you can have a t bone steak. Quality food is way better at building mass. I have heard 3j say before how shakes are not comparable to food to a certain degree when it comes to building muscle. And I assume its because food was designed for are bodies and is packed full of way more nutrients. A big mac is like a supplement to a degree it might have 30 grams of protein and 1000 calories but you compare the muscle building effects of a big mac compared to a T bone steak or a chicken breast and rice. And I bet money the big mac is about 1/6th as powerful when it comes to building muscle. So once again quality is better than quantity.
 
Try adding in more cheat days into your diet. like others have said, you should feel great on a bulk cycle!

In simple terms - Your bodies a complex machine and Food is its fuel. Adjust your diet so you your bodies running at peek performance.
 
Man gimmie your food I'll take it too along with mine, I love eating and bulking, and as far as chicks go there all the same when it comes down to going to the gym, your eating habits ect, gte use to it or find a new one

Cheat days are bullshit, 1 to 2 cheat meals maybe, but u shouldn't need a cheat meal bulking on a good diet plan, steaks, chicken, ground beef, rice, ect, oats fills me up pretty good, I am starting my bulk next weeks after a 16 week cut, can't fuckin wait, 410p, 360c, 80f equaling 3600 cals
 
At your weight u should only be consuming roughly 4000 to 4200 cals a day bro

Your eating to much man, try a 40/40/20, 420p, 420c, 90f
 
You aren't firing on all cylinders bro. Estrogen may be getting the best of you. Additionally, you may be having some blood sugar issues. Bulking isn't a super fun time for me, but it doesn't make me miserable. I eat until I am full 4x per day plus 3 extra shakes. Puts me at 4.5k.

Think about the situation clearly and objectively before you make any big decisions. More than likely, there is a systemic issue.

Try the notebook test. If you watch the notebook, and James Garner dies with Gena Rowlands...and you cry. Your E is out of whack.

OP I feel the same way.....bulking is sweet due to the increase cal intake but I just do not feel good at a high body weight. When I hit 220+ I start to feel like shit.

These days I keep myself at 215 or under.
