Im trying to bulk up and have been eating 6 meals a day but am not sure if this is a good mixture or am i just getting fat.
Everyday i make a large batch of brown rice, kidney beans, scrabbled eggs and sometimes adding lean ground pork.
2 cups brown rice (uncooked)
1.5 cups beans
4-5 scrabbled eggs
600 gr lean ground pork
I heard this was a easy meal prep so it works for my schedule.
