Bulking Meals good or bad ?

Im trying to bulk up and have been eating 6 meals a day but am not sure if this is a good mixture or am i just getting fat.

Everyday i make a large batch of brown rice, kidney beans, scrabbled eggs and sometimes adding lean ground pork.

2 cups brown rice (uncooked)
1.5 cups beans
4-5 scrabbled eggs
600 gr lean ground pork

I heard this was a easy meal prep so it works for my schedule.

It's impossible to tell if you're getting fat based off the info from 1 meal. You need to provide more info like your stats, TDEE, calorie and macro intake, rest of the days nutrition, etc.

Are you on cycle? If you are I'd say most of that weight is water due to aromatization (especially if you're not using an AI or enough of one) but if you're not on cycle I'd say 17lbs is way too much to gain in ~8wks.
