burn in muscles when stretching

can test give you that lactic acid feeling even though you haven't lifted in 3 days? everytime i stretch my legs out (extending them stretching as if you are lazy and tired, just getting up off the couch) i get that lactic acid burn like i just got done legpressing 90%1rm 5 times for 10 sets. wtf!?

also because of this feeling, i feel when i have to run i'm going to fall out after 100 feet, and running is part of my job. what the hell do i do?

lactic acid feeling

where are you getting the burn, in the legs? I would have guessed lower back. most get that pump or burn in the lower back, sometimes in the legs. I personally get it from D-Bol in the lower back, very uncomfortable, not a good pump.

just to let you know, it also gave me shin splints and whether training calves or not, I even get Charlie horses in the calves and cramping, sometimes very painful. I would suggest you chalk it up to being par for the course, even though it does suck. 2cnts. hope gives you a little piece of mind. best wishes.

thanks harnold. no nothing in the back, strictly the quads when i hyper extend my leg for a couple secs and sort of flex while stretching. no where else. just that lactic acid build up feeling, sort of what you get in your shins after running a few miles without warming up. just wondering if maybe i'm missing a supp that could help, or maybe not drinkikng enough water? i'm taking fish oil, milk thistle, magnesium before bed and joint support with a cortisol blocker before bed. just thinking maybe anyone else experiences this and i can just chalk it up to the test.

leg pumps/cramps

water would be a good place to start. I read somewhere that a teaspoon of lemon juice a day will prevent this type of thing, but have never tried it. potassium is also known for helping any type of muscle cramp/spasm, whatever you want to call them.

my motto is however, if you think you may not be drinking enough water, you're probably not.
hope this helps.good luck man.

You need to stretch more, ED. If you only stretch once a week, and overextend on that day, the next time you stretch, your muscle fibers will be less elastic and you could tear something. Stretch everyday, doing static stretches (ie. hold muscle for 20-30 seconds)

It will hurt less in time.

thanks bodybuilderx, i know i don't stretch enough. harnold i pin glutes and quads. i just recently started pinning quads, i'm 8 pins in. one in the right one in the left. they happen to have been my last ones. i never really made that correlation

got a few questions,i weigh 135 whats the best steriod to use and where to get it at,and if buyin the injectibles how much do you use before each workout and how many times a week?

wow way to hijack a thread. you didn't even take the time to spellcheck your permanent username, you obviously have done NO reasearch, so why should anyone help you? you can't ask where to get AAS, you've done no reading if you're asking what to use, and you're asking how many time a week to pin and if you should do it before you workout....... i'm not even give you the cliche answer about diet since you're fucking 135 lbs. get lost

Donjob, you ever get this figured out? I've had the same problem while stretching that started getting really bad right after I upped my test/mast dosage. Also, I play competitive soccer and started to have a REALLY hard time sprinting...it felt like my legs weighed 1000 pounds and wouldnt move and then after 20 mins I'd get insane pumps in my shins and calves. I ended up having to come off my cycle early so that I could finish the season. I'm wondering if there's anything I can supplement b/c my results on cycle were pretty unbelievable.

no man, never really figured it out. totally forgot about it since i've been off cycle for a while. i wanna say i figured out it was really bad after i pinned my quads, maybe something to do with the oil in the muscle? could do like harnold said and take a teaspoon of lemonjuice once a day to see if that helps. maybe up water intake by a liter or so a day and see if that helps. could also be not getting enough oxygen to the muscles? i just recently ordered canned oxygen to try while lifting andi think it does make a difference, could be a placebo effect. i think i might try that next cycle if i get that feeling and see if it goes away.

just mix lemon juice in with your water all the time, great for vitamin c as well :) and cuts thats bland taste of water as well and adds some flavour
and yes i know that feeling bro but i have it in different spots in my bicep tendon which sucks bro, just started last week but it is effecting some of my lifts like db curls, bench, shoulder presses shit like that, also been getting back pumps as well, and just started taking fish oil and seems to be helping, and icing down my shoulders everyday is working as well
goodluck bro, pain sucks thats forsure!

that's what I suggested earlier, believe it or not my grandmother told me about taking a teaspoon of lemon juice a day for preventing muscle cramps and Charlie horses, etc. she was a nurse for forty years , so that's old school medicine.
