Train everyday on d-bol/test?

monday chest, tuesday legs, wed - off , thurs back, friday shoulders sat - arms (you dont really need to do arms, i just say arms cause mine are lacking), sun - off

I do an extra legs day instead of arms... I like working out arms but mine just don't need to be any bigger for a while imo

and y you guys raggin on the 10day split? havnt u ever skipped a muscle group each week and switched it to bi-weekly. I have for my shoulders in the past and I still seen great results.. obviously not as good as once a week but that's kinda the point lol... 10 day splits are actually more often then skipping a workout bi-weekly so I believe results can still be there man

One thing I think we all agree on is rest. At least I hope so. I personally like a rest day eod. I get burned out going everyday for 4 straight days. My .02

Can you train everyday on d-bol and test without overkill? someting like this:

Day 1) Chest,shoulders,triceps
Day 2) Back,legs,biceps
Day 3) Chest,shoulders, triceps
Day 4) Back,legs,biceps
Day 5) Chest,shoulders,triceps
Day 6) Back,legs,biceps
Day 7) Rest or repeat

As u can see each muclsegroup gets 48 hours rest between each workout, i have vacation and i sleep for 10-12 hous and just sit on the couch watching tv all day so my body gets plenty of rest, i want the best results possible for size gain. Its boring sitting home doing nothing thats why i wanna train every day intill the vacation is over.

If you are using gear and going for mass gains, then I am a firm believer that there is no such thing as over-training. You are either under eating, or under sleeping.

The guidelines are out the window once you are pharmaceutically enhanced, though still heavily influenced by genetics. The general 48 hours of recovery time may very well not apply to someone using aas, provided they have adequate nutritional intake and sleep. Train your ass off, then deload towards the end of your cycle so you can fully recover.

Side notes:

Your sleep and only your sleep is what counts as rest as this is the only time when your body is repairing, sitting on the couch does not count.

Your goal is size; contrary to what some people have posted above, volume is what is going to bring the hypertrophy you are looking for, not weight. This is even more true when using aas as you can seriously up the volume and you have the enhanced recovery.

Don't take it from me, take the notes on volume from the majority of all the 300lbs mass monsters and take the notes on over-training from a PHD pro-bodybuilder (namely Layne Norton) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8K1GStV46Ck
