OK... I'll answer this... as I see it:
IF before workout.... you blow your load, become relaxed and don't give a $hit about lifting. Not to mention your energy is gone. All that testosterone and test aggression just exploded in or on something.
After lifting is better... but still losing valuable protein and test! Growing stronger is gonna be a #itch!

What? YOu lose test if you jerk off or have sex. COuld my low test be due to having sex and busting nuts?

data are the first to document the phenomenon of the periodic change in serum testosterone
level; the correlation between ejaculation and periodic change in the serum testosterone
level, and the pattern and characteristics of the periodic change.
