So as I have been dealing with some back end issues this week it has been brought to my attention that the dollar is sinking and material costs have doubled in many cases. You will all be seeing large increases in the cost of food and your favorite supplements. Many companies will be going out of business.

Please stock up on things like Protein and any other things you know you will be using before it's to late. We have a great group of sponsors here show them your love. THey have been holding prices as low as they can but it won't last to long.

Inflation. It's coming. Especially in the food markets, but all goods and commodities will be affected. By next spring expect to see clothing increase by 30%, as well. Buy your undies and socks now, folks. I know this is an AAS forum but I'm much more active on some other sites where this kind of stuff is discussed daily. Some of it is tin foil garbage but I pay attention to those who have a good track record of identifying potential emergencies and crises. Everyone I trust who knows their shit is warning about the current devaluation of the US dollar and the inflation we're currently beginning to see in all markets.

How does inflation become a crisis? When the average person cannot afford the basic necessities to sustain their lifestyle. Notice I didn't say sustain their life. Long before we get to the dire situation where we're struggling to put food on the table and keep a roof over our head we run into the crisis of lifestyle. If people are forced to give up all of their comforts and must spend all of their previously disposable income on food and rent/mortgage just to stay afloat the thin varnish of civility that holds everything together will start to come undone.

Example? Look at the riots in Greece from this summer or the current riots right now in England. And that's just over the proposed cut to government hand outs. Imagine the level of civil unrest if people can only afford to buy gas, food, and pay rent. The average person may stay above water but anyone currently struggling to get by will be facing some mighty bleak decisions. That's A LOT of desperate people looking to feed their family. If you want another example of civil unrest during severe inflation check out Argentina from the late 1990's. Some interesting info out there about what it takes to survive in that environment and what it's like to live through that crisis.

Sorry for the rant/lecture, but do yourself a favor -- if you need tires for your vehicles get them now. If you need new clothes get them now. If you don't have six months of food stockpiled stock it NOW. I'm spending my Christmas money on nothing but socks, underwear, and sturdy shoes.

i just buy my clothes on ebay, I save a ton of money. Head to the store, try the shit on you want, and bid on it. its at least half price. If you know who to buy off, then you wont get fake shit either.

As far as food, that sux ass, cause my fat ass eats a shit ton.

I buy a box or 2 of ammo every time I hit Walmart... When the day comes & SHTF, I'll have my defense in place.

yes sir you are right. they already took over the car market, now they are poised to use more fuel than us. they are going to steam roll past everyone soon enough.
