I have shitty calfs and I want to know if anyone has had success in calfs using juice. I'm considering surgery. Anybody have a good work out for calfs?

my calves were skinny lil things.

After first cycle of test e only my shits still looked small.... until the last week of working them out once a week.

All of a sudden they look like two nice chunks of meat especially when I lay down on the couch and my muscles are leaning against the shoulder of the couch.. BA BAM

I don't have massive calves but I have big calves for a person that has been bodybuilding for only a year. They are 17+"...like I've said not massive.

Work them out once a week but work the shit out of them and do 20-25 nice, heavy, flexed reps for 4 sets. Do two different exercises like that one seated and one standing

This ^^^ Make those fuckers BURN and they will grow.....

- Standing toe raises***8230; 3 sets of 30.
- Seated toe raises***8230;. 3 sets of 30.

My calves were skinny for a while. Started doing the above very heavy, keeping a good tempo and minimal rest in between sets. By the 3rd sets my calves are burning and within a fairly short amount of time they started blowing up...

Could be the fascia around your calves.. try stretching it(foam rolling, tennis ball, rolling pin ect).
Another good way is to pump as MUCH blood into your calves in hopes that the extreme pump will inspire new growth.
ex: You do a set of 20 SLOW reps on the calf press machine, holding at the contraction and stretch for 2 seconds... then after your set you stand up, and do calf raises on your toes till failure. repeat that for 3 sets(once a week if off, 3 times a week if one) and tell me your calves don't grow.. mine exploded.

This is kinda out there, but you know how if you hit back and chest hard, your chest will develop faster than chest alone? Maybe try to incorporate that thinking into your calves also.... your body is gonna try to establish balance so do calf raises along with w/e the hell the opposite would be lol toe raises??? I know there are gonna be people that read this and think wtf, but I used to drum a lot and the front of my calves would just BURN from the double bass pedals and I have pretty big calves soooooooo it just makes sense to me.

Gl man

Ive experienced calf growth with twice-weekly workouts. Sitting calf raises on the machine, standing calf raises, both for at least twenty reps. But you must go to failure. Don't just stop at twenty.

They will grow.

I have a hard time with as well your not alone bro , they have become a priority lately , I have been doing a couple times a week but havent gone super heavy going to try that.

Genetics plays a big role in calves development, but I usually work them twice a week.

Bingo - I've training for 37 years and when you hit that genetic peak thats pretty much it. Calves are probably the most resistant muscle in the body for continued growth cuz demand on them is extremely heavy on a day to day basis. They simply get used to the pounding we throw at them.
