Calling all prop guys

IMO cyp and e are just unnatural esters. Esters that long the body just wants to aromatize. The testosterone from those esters doesn't even act like test in my body. Prop is all that works for me.

Mix the prop with sterile grapeseed oil in a 1:1 ratio (not the grape seed oil u get at the store unless its properly filtered and put into a vial. U just heat up water in the microwave in a drinking glass for a minute then when the water is hot and out of the microwave stick the covered syringe in needle down and let it sit for 2 minutes. Then take it out and wipe the syringe tip with the alcohol swab and inject. Not that hard it takes me like 15 seconds to do the extra work. If I don't do this I can't even lay down on my ass.

CJW, do you really wipe the syringe w/ an alcohol swab? Iif so, Why? Does water get in under the syringe cap?

I think it does, so I wipe it. I'm not that paranoid I just do it to be safe. mixing and then heating is the only way to go for those that get pain and lumping on prop.

The ester has no effect on the propensity of the aromatase enzyme to interact with test.

The interaction occurs after the ester is separated and the test is biological available in the blood.

Tell that to guys that retain a shit ton of water on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doses of certain esters. Some people metabolize some esters differently. I'm one of them. I could inject a gallon of propionate and not bloat and I could inject 150mg of enanthate and turn into a woman.

You missed my point.

I wrote nothing in my post about how individuals react to the various esters.

I was correcting your inaccuracy about the ester itself interacting with the aromatase enzyme. It does not. The liberated test does.

The ester only affects the dispersion rate of the depot injection.

ok. I am still very ignorant as to why some people react to different esters differently. I would think that the aromatase enzyme would have to be involved if one ester is producing more estrogen stress, because I can't think of any other variables that would influence more water retention on one ester over another given the test levels are equal. Maybe you can enlighten me.

Every ester used that is attached to the 17-beta-hydroxyl position of the test molecule is a carboxylic acid. Carboxylic acids vary in carbon chain length (-c-c-). Carboxylic acid ester affects the polarity of the test molecule to which it is attached. The longer the carbon chain, the less polar the molecule is. Therefore it takes the body a greater amount of time to liberate the compound from the muscle tissue into which it was deposited. Once the molecule has entered the blood stream, the ester is removed and the free test is made available to the many pathways that exist for it in the body. So, prop, or cyp never actually aromatize. The free test molecule does after the ester has been removed.
The ester does affect the half life of the drug in one’s system. So, for this example I’ll use the same mg injection, say 100 mg of test prop and cyp (excluding the molecular weight variance of the ester in our example). The prop peak in free blood levels occurs in about 24 and by 72 hours has almost returned to baseline. With cyp, the free test peek initially never reaches as high a level as prop due to the fact that cyp’s dispersion is slowed considerably by the ester. In fact that peak occurs about 72 after injection. By the 7th day after the cyp is still about half active in one’s system. So, the Prop hits you with 100mg and is almost out of your system by 72 hours. The cyp hits you with a much smaller amount of test at the 72 hour mark – about 30 mg. Over the next several days the remaining 70 mg leach out into the blood. So, when you hit an injection again after a week with cyp, there is still about half of the initial injection working itself into the blood stream. Week after week, this cumulative effect builds up significantly and eventually the 100 mg cyp injection produces higher peaks than the 100 mg prop injection. Then you have more side effects proportional because you have a higher cumulative blood level. Hence, more water retention, ect.

So would you guys recommend like a 1" 25G needle for my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) AND Prop? I plan on alternating delts for both...

uhh Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) should be shot subcutaneous with an insulin syringe. I use a 23 for test injections.

I do my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) IM in the delt, so I was wondering if I could do the prop with the same size/length syringes in the delt

I'm not saying it won't work I had just never heard of it personally.

Yup. I shoot my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) IM also. I feel it working quicker; maybe placebo. I just don't like subq shots.. They always make my injection site itchy

I would recommend doing your first shot in the glute.. If you react the way I did to Prop, You will not be able to use your arm for a few days if you inject in the delt. I think I could bare the pain better in the larger muscle group.

People mix b12 w/ prop so I would think Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) would be ok..Both water based.. Never tried it though..
