Aiming to begin my first cycle come July or so. It will be a recomp/lean bulk type cycle w/ test + Anavar (var) for collagen support (my training is primarily strength-based).
My question is regarding the end of said cycle and the onset of post cycle therapy (pct). How should my caloric intake change during PCT? I don't plan on lowering my caloric intake, but I'm cautious of adding too much as well. I plan on increasing my intake to match any new mass I may have added, with a majority of it coming from protein. Maybe add anywhere from 250-500 cals/day, preferably on the lower end.
I've seen some posters recommend 500-1000 extra calories during PCT, but I plan to avoid that kind of jump by actively and gradually adjusting my calories whilst on cycle.
