Hi MM,
the only one that works for me is Degree Clinical Protection; all the other deodorants "leave the building" an hour into my workout

AHA - this I can help with. All OTC deodorant/anti-perspirants have a limit of 20% active ingredient with Mitchum haveing the most (19%).
The next step is prescription "Hyper-Care". Just call your doc and tell him you have excessive perspiration and he will call your pharmacy and get you "hyper-Care" without a visit. You use it once/day in the evening before bed and regular deo/anti during the day. It only takes 2 weeks and it goes away - you gotta do it about 1/week month and its cheap and easy.

also - it does not leave yellow stains. i have been using for years - itll fix it right up.

Thanks everybody. I am going to try Mitchum and ask my doctor about hypercare.

WHOA - Mitchum is the WORST for yellow stains cause its the highest concentration - i would go with the hyper-care.

Mitchum is def the good stuff. If you don't apply too much (you dint have to bc it's potent) I don't ever get yellow stains. It's not like other roll-ons where you need a lot to work. Their motto is actually true. "so effective you can skip a day". Stuff is by far the best I've ever used. The scented smells real fresh & unscented is just as good

Ahh - I kinda disagree - I got major stains with Mitchum. The only way to avoid them at all is the Hyper-Care. Most of the time you can call your doc and they will just call pharmacy. you dont need to go in to show em your pits.

This was a mission for me. I had 2 problems 1) yellow stains destroying my t's and 2) im super athletic and active so nothing! was strong enough! I went on a mission on buying over the counter deodorants AND ordering online.
I found that any deodorant that has the ingredient "aluminum" will be the culprit in leaving yellow stains. When I bought these aluminum-free deodorants, they worked as far as no yellow stains again, but they werent strong enough. this was over the course of several weeks of trying different deodorants and FINALLY stumbled on one that works like a charm. It's "Platinum, by Secret". Secret makes a variety of different deodorants, but Platinum is the new one and is the strongest deodorant on the market. The funny thing is it's intended for woman. wtf!? why would they make a woman's deodorant stronger than men's? i duno. but i buy the non-odor version. It claims u can leave it for 24 hrs and it still works. i tested it almost 48 hrs with intense activity. It's a keeper.
As far as the yellow stains went, I just opted to buy new t-shirts every week. (we should all be doing that with t-shirts and underwear anyway lol). hope that helps. ive recommended it to many ladies and gents, and theyre all happy.
