Casein with a waxy maze?
When I take my shake after weights I always use Whey protein with Dextrose to immediately get a spike of sugar into my blood stream with protein to feed the muscles.
But
I'm out of Whey now and I have a ton if Casein which I only use at night. Except right now I'm using it combined with dextrose. Casein molecular structure is different then Whey does it still break down slow though though I'm adding a waxeymaze??
I herd of a study between the two proteins and they said casein will put on more quality mass then whey.
I'm also wondering if I should just stick with Casein entirely for mass building?
Or
Should I go back and use both?
