Can I Up My Sust Use

Im about to start week 8 of Sustanon (sust) 250 and Ive been shooting 500mg a week with NO SIDES OF ANY KIND I have roughly enough to do 8 more weeks at 500mg a week I am seeing decent gains but not quite as much as I had hoped would it be ok to increase the amount? If so roughly how much? I have read and talked to friends and heard that I could go up to as much as 1000mg a week without hurting myself but it would vastly increase the chance of sides and such. What do you experts think? Thanks again!
 
If this is your first cycle i suggest to stay at the same dose and you can run it a little longer. Just remember aas arent miracle drugs. Whats your diet like?
 
Yeah first cycle. Diet really isnt too bad but im not going to lie its not the best in the world because I have to work around the militaries schedule
 
increasing your dose wont do anything to you unless you fix your diet. the diet forum has alot of useful information.
 
You put on 10-12lb your diet was fine.
Would add an extra 200-300 cals as you are now more heavy.

You could up your dose to 600mg.
Are you pinning ED or EOD ?

250 twice a week because ive researched enough and asked a lot of guys on here and seen enough results now on my own to know that would suffice whatcha think?
 
I would just stick with it then.

10lb is a lot of size for 8 weeks.

I agree with everyone, I would just stick it out. Sus is best run EOD though, not 2x a week. Only thing I could suggest is bumping it to 300mg 2x a week, or start doing the equivalent with EOD injections.
 
Stay where you are. This is your first cycle so more is not always better in these cases. Wait for your next cycle to up the dosage, and if you want to gain more weight....add calories to your diet. What you eat has as much an effect on your gains as how many mg's you take in. Ease into this bro.

Not looking necessarily to put on more weight but I want my back and chest to grow more I know Ive gotten stronger I can tell by the weight I do but my chest looks the same as 7 weeks ago it just doesnt seem to wanna grow in size like it has strength thats why I was wondering about going up not to put on more weight
 
What harm/good would bumping to 250 EOD 750wk

It's not recommended to do anything over 600mg/wk on ur 1st cycle. I said to pin the equivalent of 600mg/wk EOD. Which means if ur gear is dosed at 250mg/ml, pin about .8 of a CC EOD.

The harm would be worse sides @750 compared to 500/wk. The good for pinning Sus EOD is more stable blood levels, and u get more of the effects of the Prop in the mix.
 
Not even going to read what anyone else says. Its your own personal choice doesnt matter what SOME of these clowns say. You know what ur takin u know theres side effects its your choice. Ofcourse u can up ur dose. If ur just taking Sustanon (sust) personally id up ur dose to 500 twice a week. 1000mg/week

Be prepared for the possible increase in sides by jumping up to a gram PW...

Have your post cycle therapy (pct) gear in advance and be prepared to counter any sides during this major increase.
 
U should be putting more than 10 or 12 pounds on your first cycle. That weight is probably all water u retained the first 4 or 5 weeks and If u want your chest and back to get bigger then u have to eat. Upping it will not give u what ur looking for. U admitted your diet can be better so fix it and watch your muscles grow. And you mkight be overworkin your chest if its not getting bigger. Besides arms I think chest is the easiest muscle to make bigger. Lower reps heavy weight. U wanna tare ur muscles with heavy weight then eat tons of food to heal them. Good luck
