Can someone make an HGH sticky?

I've wanted to use growth for a while but I can't find good info on how to use and how to eat while using it. I've seen some say use in the morning, some say use morning and afternoon, some say morning and night, some say 5 on 2 off, most say ED. How to eat? Can't eat 2hrs before shot? eat 30 min after? should meal be a lot of carbs or not? that kind of stuff. I tried but stopped as soon as I started getting headaches. Also should you work your way up to a certain amount or can you just start at it ex 1iu 2 iu 3iu then 4iu or can you just do 4iu from the start?
 
Dosing protcols for GH are usually related to your goals like fat loss or lean mass. I have some basic knowledge on it but not enough to make a sticky maybe austin or dre can work on one. I do know that.either way you`ll probably have to tinker things as you go cuz remember everybody is different
 
Muscle growth from my understanding is 4iu+ I was using 4iu and lost a lot of body fat in the first few weeks but I don't think my diet was proper for it, like I said I got headaches, not trying to be come a diabetic. But yeah, a sticky would be much appreciated.
 
i would like to see this as well. i was doing research on it the other day and it seems like everyone is doing it different
 
Again thats why there should be a sticky about it. Too much different knowledge out there. I've seen post about bodybuilders using 8iu and then I see a majority of info saying 4iu is a good amount for muscle growth.
 
yea there's way to much contradicting information on gh and how to use out there. I would also like to see a sticky on it
 
If you look at the section that says highly educational descussions from the past or something similar to that degree it has a conversation about hgh that is helpful

I actually don't know much about HGH but I wouldn't mind a little research project. I'll have to email Austinite and see if he has one bc I'd rather not duplicate efforts, especially with how well written, referenced his articles are.
 
I did 2 iu in belly mon - fri. And I ate whatever I wanted and still lost weight and got cut. Used riptropin. Wanting more but so expensive for 10 week supply
 
Theres so many factors that come with GH too with age being a big one. Somebody who is 40+ will get more from say 4iu then somebody in their late 20s early 30s
 
the biggest problem is finding when to administer it. there's so many different broscience ways to pick from

Absolutely correct. GH secretion drops with age so at those ages it has a different affect than in a you get guy: replacement/therapeutic dosing vs supra therapeutic dosing akin to cruising and blasting.
 
i agree everybody thinks diff about gh but it should be a sticky up there,right now im on my second kit of rips i started at 2iu and then up to 2 1/2,and now im on 3 i do it first thing everymorning i tried the am and pm thing but i rather just do it in the am one shot, on my next kit i will go up to 4iu and probably stay at 4iu i dont think you need 8-10 iu to buil muscle also depends what and where you get it from,so far i lost a lot of fat with out even trying no cardio i just eat clean low fat low carb diet gettin cut up and making my skin really thinner i like it and is worth the money if you have it,
