Can you do too much cardio on ephedrine?

Hi all, this is my first post, this looks like a nice board.
I'm starting my ECA stack at the end of this month, i want to know if excessive cardio can have a negative effect while on ephedrine. Starting April, on top of lifting, i have lax practice daily and I'll also have boxing 2x a week. I know the suggested cardio while on ECA is about 1hr 3x a week, but would it be a bad idea to take ephedrine with lax and all?

are we assuming lacrosse 5x per week, boxing 2x per week, with 3-4 weight sessions on top of this? or just the lacrosse and boxing? the former could absolutely lead to some overtraining issues, you should be ok with the latter.

I'd be lifting 3x per week, with lacrosse practice 5x per week, boxing would be more or less in the background, but I'd go as often as possible(1-2x a week). Do you think this will lead to overtraining/What can I do to avoid overtraining?
 
thats a lot of activity. youll basically be doing two sessions of activity every week day, whereas plenty of people become overtrained with once daily sessions 3-4 times a week.

optimally I would say to drop lacrosse practice to 3x per week (think MWF) and weights to twice per week (TTh) and box whenever, but i doubt thats possible. i would guess lacrosse is your main obligation, so you could get by with a fullbody workout every 5 days or so. If youre unwilling to drop any of the activity, just keep your weight training sessions low volume, especially leg movements, since lacrosse will be very demanding on the legs.
 
i disagree. I think you can use the boxing and lacrosse more or less as your cardio, and do lifting 3 times a week...lifting is a huge part of lacrosse and is definately a necesity if not mandatory. MWF workouts in the gym(should be a part of practice anyways), TR short boxing workouts.

ween into the dosing, see how the stimulants effect your body
 
Thanks all, for the help. Yeah, I'll definitely go easy with the ECA in the beginning, I don’t drink caffeine or other stimulants so I'll start small. Could i possibly get addicted to the caffeine?
