can you overdose on test ?

my brother gave me a bottle of homemade test and he told me it was 100mg/ml. i took 3 ccs and the next day he told me it was really 500mg/ml.i have been throwing up for 2 days and i have only eating 4 french fries. is it possible to overdose on test ? please let me know. i'm dying
