I understand the studies and believe me everybody is different. Aromasin being a suicide inhibitor kills aromatase. Its second strongest to Letrozole but still it packs a whallop. Having one's aromatase being completely shutdown certainly holds risks in the balance of proper amounts of estrogen in body. Granted the studies show that ideally 25 mgs ed is ideal but it all depends on the situation and the person. I should have clarified that in my last post. Nevertheless you are correct in pointing out the clinical studies to rebut my post. However, I have seen cases where someone takes aromasin - 25 mgs ed and they have bottomed out with estrogen and their libido was in the toilet. Just saying everyone is different. There is no exact science to dosing any AAS or ancillaries. We can only go by how our body reacts as a measuring stick.![]()

Controlling E2 is hard as hell, and finding the sweet spot is even harder.
E2 is like a cork bobbing up and down in the water sometimes it's on top of the water sometimes it's below the water.
I have been trying something new, and that is letting the E2 bob up and down, and not worrying about it unless it gets too high or too low, then I make adjustments, based on how my body feels.
This method has worked well for me.
