can you train legs when they are sore?

IMO it would not be beneficial at all. It would hurt you more than it helped honestly. The fibers are still probably torn and you actually grow when you rest so you need to wait until they have fully recovered before you train them again. That is why you usually hear people say train each muscle 1 time per week

Hey guys , I raped my legs 4 days ago , and they are still sore , can I train them again while there sore ?

Good job on the workout 4 days ago that's how to train for sure but you must wait until they are not sore to get the benefit of the leg rape....lol give it some time

No offence but I watched a docu about roids 3 years ago , en they said that you recover MUCH faster. (they said that muscles can fully recover in 24 hours , but i'm really skepticak) I have done my research no worries..

I have trained legs so hard at times in my peak that I could not sleep unless I took a pain killer. With that said If u train and your legs are still sore your doing a disservice in a few ways. Your legs have not fully recovered thus meaning that yiur muscle fibers are not done recovering. It doesnt matter what you read anywhere your body is different from anyone elses body. Also if your sore your work out is going to suffer plain and simple. Aslo you talking about a document doesnt help when people are trying to give you advise. Take your time rest and then go back to your legs. But again its only advise and u can do what ever u want.

If you are still sore after 5 days you are not streching properly. Use a foam roller and do static and assisted stretching.

Where you get that research? Planet roids? Your obviously have done no research if you think steroids will enhance your recovery. You're only going to see the recovery benefits if you EAT a shit ton of FOOD. Not just any food. Complex carbs, lean protein, healthy fats. Based on that alone, that tells me you haven't done your research. What you think the muscle is going to repair faster from just raising you test levels? No. If there's no food to synthesize then there's no recovery to be made. I suggest you hop off the gear and do real research. You are far from being ready for gear after all...

YES you can train legs WHEN they are STILL sore...BUT make sure you are getting ENOUGH REST...and PLENTY to eat.

Studies have shown that stretching actually doesn't reduce DOMS...it will help release tension though, which means you won't be as stiff...that foam roller on the other hand...I love mine, wouldn't trade it for anything. Legs are usually gtg after 2 days with my roller (can't say enough good about them).
