Ingredients
1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 1/4cup cup(50 mL) (50 mL) real canadian maple syrup
4 tsp grainy mustard 4 4tsp tsp(18 mL) (18 mL) grainy mustard
4 tsp soy sauce 4 4tsp tsp(18 mL) (18 mL) soy sauce
2 lb walmart fresh, salmon fillet , skinned
Preparation:
In small bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce. Arrange salmon on foil- or parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet; spoon glaze over fish. Place fish in fridge for atleast 30 mins..better yet overnight:)

Bake in centre of 400°F (200°C) convection oven until fish flakes easily when tested, 8 to 10 minutes. Using 2 lifters, transfer to warmed serving platter.

Conventional oven: Centre rack at 425°F (220°C) for 12 minutes.

Will have to plan for a future trip for sure:)...and then you can take me tarpon fishing:)...as for the mermaids I like catching the 115-140 pounders. If she feels much heavier than that..I cut the line....:D

hmmmm, or maybe I should wait 'till u and P go mermaid fishing, I hear mermaids taste better than salmon.... lol !

Thanks, I had just pulled Salmon out of the freezer to make tonight, perfect receipe for it :)
