I generally go by the rule that if a bodypart isn't sore, it's ready to train again.
But I've read some articles that say you can train abs and calves every day, or traps 4x a week because they're a smaller muscle group.
I'm not sure if I buy that. But maybe there's some truth to it.
What's your take on this?
