OP as far as having the "bloated" look, it may not hurt to pay a little attention to the deep core muscles. If those are weak they could very well cause that protrusion. Maybe planks or get an ab wheel into your ab routine.
 
Ab s are made in the kitchen.

I do mine 1 a week tops...if you train hard and are active..you use ab s all day.

I m like 1o -12 percent bf in the avi btw.

So what I can tell you is abs is all about BF%. You need to be around 10%, if unlucky even lower, like 7-8%. Try vacuume posing if your gut sticks out and all else is skinny. That will work your "inner" abs and the mucles that keep your organs and "gut" in. Also your abs are like any other muscle and should be trained like any other to get deep abs. If you want a runners abs then work your abs every day and go below 9%. If you want a bodybuilders, then work them once or twice a week for about a half hour.
 
Diet a little longer....most people don't really see their abs until about 10% bf. also, look into Yohimbine Hcl....Supergirl has a good sicky on it
 
you've only been at it for 4 weeks and youre expecting "abs" already? If youre just starting, then keep at it and check back in 4 MONTHS.

do cardio every day, and its possible that your "low carb/keto" diet isnt working for you. These diets dont work for everybody.
